our mission

NGL is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code and the Texas Tax Code, Section 11.18. The organization shall exist to facilitate a bright future for Texas and her people, defend innocent life, support humanitarian interests, and equip young people with the knowledge to do the same.

Current special projects include:

1. Supporting the citizens of Hays County, Texas by hosting meetings and providng educational instruction on subjects such as Catastrophic Event Preparation and Survival Skills, Critical Planning, and Commuinty Networking including promoting and supporting businesses and other area organizations and governmental agencies that are actively serving the needs and interests of our Communities.

2. Developing and supporting emergency communications systems, emergency water and food supplies, emergency energy options, and/or anything that promotes the general safety and welfare of the pubic and it’s public servants during a catastrophic event.‍ ‍

3. Sponsor and faciltate Wimberleys “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” thru instructional meetings.
